Preliminary Screening
Preliminary screening begins after the application deadline is met.
We screen the ability/quality/qualification the applicants possess and investigate
whether they are qualified for the recruiting duty.
Interview
We evaluate the applicants’ personal knowledge and adaptability to the
organization based on their applications.
We evaluate the applicants’ professional knowledge, work performance ability, and
foreign language fluency.
Physical Examination
Applicants who have passed the interview are required to take a physical
examination at the hospital designated by LG Academy.
